I was the lead designer for NexCore Group's website redesign. NexCore Group is a specialized real estate development firm focusing on healthcare, science and technology, and senior living facilities. They wanted the new site to effectively showcase their projects and convey their identity as leaders in real estate development, science and technology, and senior living sectors. However, an outdated design and user-journey bottlenecks prevented them from effectively demonstrating their strength in the industry. For this project, I developed detailed wireframes and then mockups to highlight past and upcoming development projects. I also created a comprehensive style guide for scalability as they grow, trade show assets, elevator signs, business cards, one-pagers, internal guides, and resource pages.
